We recommend securing your date as soon as you have confirmed your guest count, ideally 3 to 6 months in advance. The summer wedding season books up incredibly fast, and finalizing your order early guarantees your inventory and delivery slot.
Absolutely. While our calculators offer proven, crowd-pleasing ratios, we know every event is unique. If you need a specific local craft beer or a different wine split, simply use our "Get in Touch" form, and our team will build a custom quote for you.
To keep our logistics streamlined and our package prices highly competitive, we do not currently offer a sale or return service. However, our package calculators are expertly designed to ensure you order the perfect amount for your guest count, minimizing any leftover stock.
Delivery & Logistics
We supply seamless event drinks packages to venues and private addresses across the UK mainland.
Your order will arrive in our signature Pre-Sorted Bar Boxes. This means your delivery is clearly labeled by event stage (e.g., "Welcome Drinks," "Table Wine," "Evening Bar") to make setup a breeze for you or your venue staff. The boxes are fully recyclable, so there is nothing heavy to store or return after your event.
Your drinks will arrive at standard ambient temperature. We highly recommend coordinating with your venue or caterers in advance to ensure they have adequate fridge space or ice troughs ready to chill your beers and white/rosé wines prior to serving.
The Details
We are strictly a premium drinks supplier. By focusing entirely on the liquids, we can provide the best possible value and selection. You will need to source your glassware, ice, and garnishes directly through your venue or caterer.
Our packages are designed to cater to standard event sizes, typically starting around 50 guests. For highly intimate events below this threshold, please use our contact form to discuss bespoke options.
