Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 19 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Giddy Squirrel website and the purchase of any drinks package or related service from us. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
About us
Giddy Squirrel supplies event drink packages, delivered pre-sorted to venues across the UK mainland. Registered business details and contact address to be added by the site owner before going live.
Age restriction
It is illegal in the UK to sell alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you (and the person receiving the delivery) are 18 or over. Our delivery partner may request ID on arrival under a "Challenge 25" policy and may refuse delivery if age cannot be verified.
Orders and pricing
Package prices shown on the site are estimates based on the quantities and options you select. A confirmed order is created only when payment is successfully taken and we send you an order confirmation. Prices are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged at a flat fee shown at checkout.
We reserve the right to substitute specific products of equal or higher value where a listed item is temporarily unavailable. We will notify you before delivery if a material substitution is needed.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses across the UK mainland only. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address, a delivery date agreed with us, and a suitable contact person who can accept the delivery. We recommend scheduling delivery 1–2 days before your event.
Risk in the goods passes to you once they have been delivered to the address you provided. If nobody is available to accept the delivery on the agreed date, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
Cancellations and changes
See our separate Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details, including the timing rules for refunds and the alcohol exemption from the standard 14-day distance selling cooling-off period.
Our liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of enjoyment or third-party venue charges. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date above always shows the current version. Orders placed before a change are governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
