Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last updated: 19 July 2026
We want you to feel confident when you book with us. This policy explains when you can cancel or amend an order and how refunds are handled.
Consumer cancellation rights
Because we supply alcoholic drinks whose price is dependent on fluctuations in the market and which are perishable in nature once delivered, the standard 14-day distance selling cooling-off period does not apply to orders that have been dispatched. Our own cancellation windows below are more generous than the legal minimum.
Our cancellation windows
- More than 30 days before delivery: full refund of the package price. The delivery fee is refunded in full.
- 15–30 days before delivery: 50% refund of the package price. The delivery fee is refunded in full.
- Less than 14 days before delivery: no refund available, as stock has been reserved and prepared for your event.
To cancel, contact us via the enquiry form as soon as possible with your order number. The cancellation date is the date we receive your request.
Changing your order
You can adjust your package, guest count, or delivery details up to 14 days before delivery, subject to availability. Changes made within 14 days of delivery may not be possible. If your revised order costs more, we will send a top-up payment link; if it costs less, we will refund the difference at the same tier as the cancellation windows above.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your delivery on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Refused delivery
If a delivery is refused because the recipient cannot verify they are 18 or over, the order is treated as delivered and no refund is due. See our Terms & Conditions for details on age verification.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us confirming the refund.
