Giddy Squirrel supplies pre-sorted event drink packages to customers across the UK mainland. If you need to contact us about your data, please use the enquiry form on our contact page.

Registered business details, ICO registration number, and postal address to be added by the site owner before going live.

• Contact details you provide: name, email, phone number.
• Event details: guest count, delivery date, venue address, and any coordinator contact you share.
• Order details: package selected, customisations, and totals.
• Payment confirmation data returned by our payment processor (we do not store card numbers).
• Basic technical data such as your browser type and pages visited, used to keep the site working correctly.

• To respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote.
• To fulfil and deliver your order to the venue you provide.
• To send transactional messages about your order (confirmations, delivery updates).
• To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

We rely on your consent (for enquiries), the performance of a contract (for orders), and our legitimate interests (for keeping the site secure) as our lawful bases under UK GDPR.

We share the minimum necessary personal data with trusted service providers so we can run the business:

• Stripe — securely processes payments.
• Our hosting and database provider — stores enquiries and orders so we can respond to you.
• Delivery partners — receive the venue address and coordinator contact so we can deliver your order.

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up. Order and invoice records are kept for at least 6 years to meet UK accounting requirements.
